In Virginia we purchased a Troy-Bilt reel mower from Lowes. My kiddos were quite thrilled to mow the lawn! I like the reel mower because it doesn't require electricity or gas...just perseverance and working hard. My kiddos have a little less work required of them in Michigan, so we purchased a reel mower to have here. Now they are able to be helpers to Grandpa. Matthew and Grandma put the mower together and he was the first to try it. He was excited to be mowing again and didn't want to come in for bed!
