Meal diary

Lunch:
 sauteed onion, parsnips and carrots with Whole Foods brand bacon
 rice cake with sunbutter
 Grandma Mona's homemade potato salad
 Salad...head lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, celery, apple, coconut and sea salt


Supper:
Trader Joe's Chicken Tenderloins
sauteed green beans and onions
sliced celery and carrots
