For Princess Bear

A dress for Princess Bear, because Maren said, "Sarah, you could make a dress for Princess Bear."
I started with the Sleeveless top pattern from Making Children's Clothes by Emma Hardy. Then I made a few changes, so it would better fit a teddy bear.
