Gluten Free and Healthy Living~ Reading Recommendations
"Unraveling the Mystery of Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorder A Mother's Story of Research and Recovery" by Karyn Seroussi
This is a book I recommend for anyone to read! Karyn Seroussi does a wonderful job of explaining how to be gluten free, but more than that the information will help anyone who is interested in better health.
I also recommend the following books:
Going Against the Grain by Melissa Diane Smith
Special Diets for Special Kids by Lisa Lewis, Ph.D.
Excitotoxins The Taste that Kills by Russell L. Blaylock, M.D.
These books are worth reading whether your family is in good health or not. You may find that removing certain foods will help your family tremendously not only with lingering health issues, but also with behavior.

Morgan
A toddling little girl is a center of common feeling which makes the most dissimilar people understand each other.
~George Eliot
Morgan's mom Danielle makes the loveliest earrings. Danielle gave me some to have for gifts, so I made the dress and hat for Morgan. I was glad Danielle sent me these pictures. Morgan is such a pretty girl!

I omitted an ingredient plus a few steps to make a smoothie rather than a shake and so it would be easier to prepare.

2010 Reading
The Age of Innocence
by Edith Wharton
(a sad and hopeless story)
"It was one of the great livery-stableman's most masterly intuitions to have discovered that Americans want to get away from amusement even more quickly than they want to get to it."
Strong Poison
by Dorothy L. Sayers
"He did not return to his desk, but stood leaning against the mantelshelf. His sleek head, outlined against the drab painted panelling, was a little thrown back, as though - Miss Murchison thought - he were protecting or defying somebody."
