Gluten Free and Healthy Living~ Reading Recommendations

"Unraveling the Mystery of Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorder A Mother's Story of Research and Recovery"   by Karyn Seroussi

This is a book I recommend for anyone to read!  Karyn Seroussi does a wonderful job of explaining how to be gluten free, but more than that the information will help anyone who is interested in better health.

I also recommend the following books:

Going Against the Grain by Melissa Diane Smith

Special Diets for Special Kids by Lisa Lewis, Ph.D.
Excitotoxins The Taste that Kills by Russell L. Blaylock, M.D.

These books are worth reading whether your family is in good health or not. You may find that removing certain foods will help your family tremendously not only with lingering health issues, but also with behavior.
