1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 cup sugar

1 ts baking soda
1 ts xanthan gum
1 TB vinegar
1 ts vanilla
1/4 cup plus 1 TB vegetable oil
1 cup water
bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in an 11x7 baking pan
allow to cool then frost
