Cauliflower

These are our favorite ways to eat cauliflower:

~Sauteed in olive oil until golden brown...seasoned with sea salt and pepper

~toss in olive oil, season with paprika and bake at 450 degrees until browned

~place in blender with almond milk and puree...season with salt and pepper, heat and pour sauce over cooked cabbage and quinoa
