Meal Diary

Lunch:
~ground beef cooked with onion and refried beans
seasoned with oregano, basil, thyme and cumin
~cooked mixed vegetables
Trader Joe's Snack O's

Supper:
Chicken salad made with gf pasta, Whole Foods brand bacon, grapes, carrots and onion
mixed vegetables
celery sticks with almond butter
