1 1/2 cups sorghum flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/4 cup tapioca starch or flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Blend together then use a fork or pastry blender to cut in:
1/2 cup palm shortening
Add:
1 cup non dairy buttermilk
(Mix 1 cup non dairy milk with 1 Tablespoon apple
Cider vinegar and let sit 15 minutes)
Form biscuits and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
