Cellophane Noodles

My kiddos really enjoy eating cellophane noodles. The noodles are made with potato starch and mung bean starch. They are quick and easy to prepare. It is nice to have a pasta option for my gluten free and rice free kiddo!

Thanks Sarah! I didn't know that those existed. We have been using a quineoa and corn option. We will have to try those. I'm always looking for a new option.
