Meatballs:
Ground beef
Chia seeds
Apple cider vinegar
Maple syrup
Thyme, oregano, bail, sea salt, pepper
Carrots, chopped
Black olives, chopped
Onion, chopped
Top with mashed potatoes and gravy
Gravy:
Saute sliced onion in 1/3 cup olive oil
When onion is browned add 1/4 cup brown rice flour and stir while cooking on low heat
Add 2 cups liquid (broth, kombucha, water)
Stir and increase heat to medium high
Stir until thickened...takes a few minutes
