No Gluten, Casein or Refined Sugar Pumpkin Pie


Pumpkin Pie


2 eggs or 2 teaspoons chia seeds

1 15 ounce can pumpkin
1 cup hemp milk
1/2 cup plus 1-2 Tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together. If using chia seeds allow pie filling to sit for 15-20 minutes. Place in pie crust and bake for 60 to 70 minutes. With chia seeds the pie will not be as firm as usual. Take the pie out once the top has nicely browned.

We had our family Christmas last night and there was little of this pie left.
