2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Cream together then add 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes

Abigail's Crocheted Cape
Abigail learned a new stitch and crocheted this cape for herself. She also made a smaller version for a baby girl at our church.

Black Bean Casserole
Cooked black beans
Peppers and onions
Cooked ground beef ( our wonderful neighbors gave us a package of elk burger that I used for this meal )
Hash brown potatoes
Tomato sauce
Cumin
Basil
Oregano
Pepper

Mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for thirty minutes.
